Our ‘Eco Warriors’ are a team of children from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. They work in teams on a rota basis and have a variety of duties which they carry out at breaktimes and lunchtimes, aimed at reducing our carbon footprint.
The duties include litter picking in and around the playground areas and school grounds, recycling paper waste from all classrooms and offices and turning off the lights in empty classrooms over the lunchtime period.
